Lincove Warranty

Lincove® 5-Year Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing Lincove®. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create.

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to Lincove® down pillows and down comforters purchased directly from Lincove.com or an authorized Lincove retailer, unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Registration

To activate your Lincove® 5-Year Limited Warranty, your product must be registered within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Registering your product:

  • Confirms proof of ownership

  • Allows us to provide faster warranty support

  • Activates your eligibility for warranty coverage

To register, simply visit our Warranty Registration page and submit your order information within the 60-day registration period.

Products that are not registered within 60 days of purchase are not eligible for warranty coverage.


What Is Covered

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal residential use and proper care of the product throughout the Warranty Period.

If Lincove determines that a covered defect exists, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts; or

  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable product of equal value and quality.

There is no charge for replacement parts or repair labor for approved warranty claims.


Warranty Period

The Limited Warranty remains valid for five (5) years from the original purchase date.

If Lincove repairs or replaces a product under this warranty, the repaired or replacement product will be covered for either:

  • The remainder of the original 5-year warranty period; or

  • Five (5) years from the date of repair or replacement,

whichever provides the longer period of coverage.


What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper handling, or improper storage.

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow Lincove's care instructions.

  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect the functionality or performance of the product.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications.

  • Damage caused by fire, flooding, pets, pests, or other external events beyond Lincove's control.

  • Commercial, hospitality, rental, institutional, or other non-residential use unless otherwise approved by Lincove.

  • Products that were not registered within 60 days of purchase.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers.

  • Products without valid proof of purchase.


Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Lincove Customer Care with:

  • Your proof of purchase

  • Your warranty registration information

  • Photos of the product and the issue (if requested)

  • A brief description of the defect

Lincove may request additional information or ask that the product be returned for inspection before approving a warranty claim.


Shipping

If a warranty claim is approved, Lincove will provide instructions for repair or replacement.

Customers may be responsible for shipping the product to Lincove for inspection unless otherwise required by applicable law. Lincove will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.


Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, this Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Lincove and replaces all other express warranties. Lincove shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty limitations or exclusions, so portions of the above may not apply to you.
