How long does it take for my order to get shipped?

We usually process and ship orders within 1-2 business days.

Where are you based?

We are located in New Windsor, NY – All Lincove orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse facility in New Windsor, New York.

What’s the transit time if I choose the free shipping option?

Our FREE Shipping/Delivery method usually takes 3-5 business days.

What if I need my order to be expedited?

We offer UPS Next Day Air shipping option at the checkout section for an additional cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally for an additional cost, calculated at the checkout section, depending on the shipping destination. Duties and taxes will be due upon arrival and at the customers cost/expense. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

How do I change the incorrect shipping and (or) billing address in my order?

Feel free to reach out to our live chat sleep concierge or email us at hello@lincove.com - As long as your order is not yet shipped, our friendly customer service associates will correct your shipping details for you.

How do I make changes or modify the items in my order?

What if I forgot to add a promo code?

If you forgot to add your promo code at checkout, please email us at hello@lincove.com, or you may live chat us with your order number and offer details. We will work to find the best solution for you!

Can I cancel my order?

As long the order is still in an unshipped status, we can accept any cancelation request at no cost.

Can I track my order while it’s in transit?

Once the order is being shipped, you’ll receive an email notification - to the email address provided upon placing the order - along with the tracking number.

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery Click here to review our return policy

How do I initiate a return?

In the unlikely event that you aren’t satisfied with our Lincove product, please let us know; we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return process. To initiate your return, please email hello@lincove.com or call our customer relationship department at +1-800-991-7988 or you can live chat us. Our friendly and exceptional customer service will attend to your request.

What if I don't love my Lincove pillow?

We highly recommend allowing 21 days to break into your new Lincove pillow to adjust to your body. After 21 days, if you’re not entirely in love with your Lincove pillow, we’ll gladly accept a return or exchange to a different firmness level FREE of charge.

Can I return my pillow even if I’ve tried it out?

We accept returns in any condition within 30 days of your pillow purchase! We would never leave a customer with a product they didn't absolutely love, so if you try your Pillow out and decide it's just not for you, we can definitely still initiate a return or free exchange to different firmness level.

What does the Lincove warranty cover?

Our Lincove 5-year limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Lincove will repair or replace products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance at no cost Click here to activate your Lincove warranty

What is the difference between the Lincove signature and cloud Pillow?

From where are you sourcing the down?

Our down is lovingly sourced from Canada.

What certifications do your Pillows have?

Our Down Pillows are certified by the Down Association of Canada (Downmark®) and come with a Downmark® tag. Our Down Pillows are also treated with Ultra-Fresh Antimicrobial Additives to help to keep products fresh, clean, and odor-free. What’s in my Lincove pillow box?

What does fill power mean?

Fill power is a measure of the loft or "fluffiness" of a down product that is loosely related to the insulating value of the down. The higher the fill power, the more air a certain weight of the down can trap, and thus the more insulating ability the down will have.

Where are the Lincove pillows manufactured?

Lincove pillows are lovely manufactured in Canada, another reason to love your Lincove pillow 😊

How do I determine what loft/firmness is most suitable for me?

We typically recommend;

SOFT - For stomach sleepers.

MEDIUM - For back sleepers.

FIRM - For side sleepers.

However, several factors need to be considered in choosing the perfect loft/firmness of the pillow to your desire. These may include your preferred sleeping position, head size/weight, overall body size/weight, and height. Can I wash my Lincove pillow?

We recommend leaving your down Pillow outside on a dry day or using a dryer on the air fluff / no heat setting and then shaking the product out. Both options will dry out any dust or dirt and fluff the down. For spills or stains, we recommend spot cleaning with a soft soap like Zero or Woolite.

The Down Pillows can be dry cleaned for large stains, but please note, dry cleaning will shorten the lifespan of your Pillow. The chemicals will remove the natural oils down, and the clusters will break down faster.

For the hotel collection, Pillows, spills, or stains can be spot cleaned with a soft soap like Zero or Woolite. For more prominent stains or general care, we recommend dry cleaning. The hotel collection Pillows can be dry cleaned as often as necessary.

How do I maintain the freshness and sanitation of my Lincove down pillow?

  • Every morning when you get out of bed, fluff up your down pillows. This will allow the down to breathe during the day, ensuring the pillows stay light and fresh.
  • Put Them in the Dryer at least once a month; put your down pillows in the clothes dryer. Be sure they’re protected by zippered covers, so loose down/feathers don’t come out in the dryer.
  • Every few months, on a sunny, clear day, lay your pillows outside on a table or drape them over a clothesline.
  • Fluff them up several times and turn after about an hour. The heat will dry out any slight moisture. In addition, the sun and fresh air will give your pillows a wonderfully clean smell.
  • Add an extra layer of protection and comfort to your pillow with our 100% cotton pillow protector.

Consider dry clean only

Set the dryer for air-dry only – too much heat can give an unpleasant smell to down and may even burn the filling of your bed pillow – and dry the down pillows for ten minutes. Air drying will remove any trace moisture in the pillows, helping you prevent mildew growth in the down filling.

Beat Them with Tennis Balls, put two clean tennis balls in the dryer with the down pillows. As the dryer spins, the balls will beat out any clumped areas in the pillows.

Why does my Lincove down pillow have a scent?

The scent you're picking up on is natural for Down products in general! To help get rid of that smell, we recommend airing out your product by taking it out of the packaging and placing it outside on a dry day for a few hours.

We never recommend washing our item at home in the washing machine, as this will damage the down clusters. If you'd like, you can dry clean the item, but keep in mind that this will shorten its lifespan.

If you're interested in protecting your Pillow and covering any down scent, our Pillow Protectors are a great option. :)

Our Lincove All-Season Down Comforters comes with the tags to signify that we are fully certified by the responsible Down Standard-RDS, ensuring that we only use ETHICALLY sourced and humanely raised geese that are not subject to unnecessary harm and certification from OEKO-TEX to make sure that our Comforters have no strong chemical traces.
