Returns and refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returns will be refunded to the original payment method. You must postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund. All costs of shipping to return the items are covered by Lincove®.

Please note we do not accept exchanges or returns on final sale items.

Expedited shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

All items returned for a refund must be returned in “as new” condition, in the original packaging and include accessories. Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts will not qualify for a return or refund.


Lincove pillow return and refund policy

21 Night minimum trial required

Try Lincove® for at least 21 nights. It could take weeks for your body to fully adjust to proper cloud-like support.

You have 30 calendar days to return your Lincove® Pillow from the date of delivery. We recommend sleeping on your Lincove® Pillow for at least 30 nights to allow your body to properly adjust. For recommendations on how to make your sleep experience better, please contact us using the information below.

Lincove will provide you with a full pre-paid return label.

If you have purchased your item on after January 1st, 2021 or have an activated Lincove®  5 Year Limited Warranty from a Lincove® retailer, please contact with your order number and your reason for the return.

If your item was damaged upon receipt or if you believe the item you ordered has a manufacturer's defect, please reach out to our Customer Relationship Manager immediately at

Our Lincove® Limited 5 Year Warranty guarantees pillows, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years in accordance with proper care as outlined below.

Proper care, including the use of a pillow protector with your pillow is required to maintain your warranty.

Please note that this warranty does not cover: (a) reduction in loft of filling material over time, (b) product that is not cleaned in accordance with Lincove®’s care instructions, or (c) product that is used without a protective covering. Damage resulting from abuse or improper care, or normal wear and tear. Items must be free of stains, labels must NOT be removed. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty. 

Once a return is received, a refund will be issued (within two business days) in the original payment method and could take 2-5 business days to reflect on the account. If you purchased a product using an offer code, the dollar value of the offer code would not be refunded or credited back if any or all products are returned.
