Returns and Refund policy

Lincove® wants you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns and refund the original purchase price, subject to the following terms:

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate your return, please call 800.991.7988 or email hello@lincove.com. Lincove® will cover all return shipping costs and provide you with a pre-paid return label. You must postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. 

How the Refund Will Be Made

Once a return is received, Lincove® will inspect the product’s condition. All items returned for a refund must be returned in “as new” condition, that is, in the original packaging, and include all of the original accessories.  Any item that is not in its original “as new” condition, is damaged, soiled, stained, missing parts, or missing labels/tags will not qualify for a return or refund (and will be disposed at Lincove®’s discretion). 

Refunds are typically issued within two business days using the original payment method. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on the account. If you purchased a Lincove® product using an offer or coupon code or was subject to a promotional discount, the dollar value of the discount or promotion will not be refunded upon return (you will only receive the actual dollar amount paid).

Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns on final sale items. Expedited shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Lincove® welcomes exchanges within the time period above for refunds.  Please keep in mind that, to the extent that you request an exchange for a higher-priced item, we will charge for the difference in the price between the original item and the higher-priced item. To initiate an exchange, use the instructions above.

Lincove® Pillow Return and Refund Policy

Lincove® recognizes that it could take several weeks for your body to fully adjust to the proper, cloud-like support that our pillows offer.  Therefore, we recommend trying your Lincove® pillow for at least 21 nights before submitting a return request. 

You have 45 days to return your Lincove® Pillow from the delivery date. For recommendations on improving your sleep experience, please contact us using the information below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item was damaged during shipping or if you believe the item you ordered has a manufacturer's defect, please contact our Customer Relationship Manager immediately at hello@lincove.com.

Lincove® 

Lincove® provides a 5 Year Limited Warranty to customers that have: (1) purchased a Lincove® product through our website, Lincove.com, after January 1st, 2021, or (2) purchased a Lincove® product from an authorized Lincove® retailer and activated their warranty through our website ().

Our Lincove® Limited 5-Year Warranty guarantees pillows to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years, subject to the limitations outlined below.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact hello@lincove.com with your order number and your reason for the return. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty. 

Please note that this limited warranty does not cover: (a) reduction in the loft of filling material over time, (b) product that is not cleaned in accordance with Lincove®’s care instructions, (c) product that is used without a protective covering (a pillow protector), (d) product damage resulting from abuse or improper care, or normal wear and tear.
